I figured out what I was doing wrong with the logo (had filename wrong) but anyway that's sorted and it looks heaps better now thanks @lesmond

That would probably work better.

I'm not sure if the image les has is a composite (that is a drone image layered on a background) or just a flat image.  If the former, maybe reduce the size of the drone a tad and shift it to the RHS and closer to the RH margin.

I believe Les did it with PS so he probably has it saved with layers on his PC. The image he gave you was probably flattened...without the layers and it should be for the web. He's asleep now, I'm sure so he'll probably fix it tomorrow when he sees this.

Try this, I have moved the drone over to the right...

The only trouble is, the drone will not show on smaller screens, Like laptops

and in /Themes/Drone/images/theme change the background to the one attached.

This will look better on smaller screens and hopefully not interact with the logo.  

I'm full of bright ideas that don't usually work  , so I would have tried making the drone slightly smaller, and make it look like it's flying high in the sky to the right of the logo. Doesn't matter if it's too wide on mobile because the background disappears.

The changes I made are for smaller screens like laptops, I forget to check because I use a 26" on my main screen.

And I think landy says if its at the top, it takes away from the forum logo somehow.

I guess it could take away from the logo, but that's why I said make the drone slightly smaller, and push it up the top.  I don't have the drone image to do a proper example, but cut it out and stuck it on, lol.. this is what meant.

Hmm, yes that's not good then. though I ran mine https://cctestsite.info/testsite3/index.php?theme=7 through responsive views in firefox and it looked ok. But I was going smaller not bigger screen wise.

Ooh, looked a few minutes ago and it was different to how it is now. Cache or did you change it again? It was on the right of the logo, and pushed hard to the right, very different from mine.  Now it's on the left of the logo, and looks fine les. That was a good idea to incorporate it into the logo.
