Absolute and Fixed Positioning Explained

OMG!!! I think I finally get those two things!!! They were kind of a blur to me they way I've seen them explained...until now!

I am trying to learn Elementor tutorials for WordPress since a number of people have asked if I could make WP sites for them through my hosting. I ended up finding a number of great tuts for Elementor (which I've purchased the Pro version with all of the bells and whistles) including this one which visually explains absolute and fixed positioning in a video. :rgton

It shouldn't matter if you are using Elementor of not. But it clearly and visually shows you how those two things work.



I hope this helps others to understand it. :)

I use the fixed position for the top bar. :rgton  Good video, it does make things a bit clearer.

I understood the fixed positioning already because I'm the one that posted the code for the fixed header. ;)

However, I never fully got the absolute positioning until now when I saw it visually. ;)
