Interestingly given I'm on 2.1.3 - and I don't know if this is normal - but in the contents section of each of those files it says:

@version 2.1.4-TMP version

Les had the same issue and had to upgrade those two files from 2.1.4 to fix it. We think there a version issue with those files somehow.

Yes LandyVlad does still have the "fixDbPackages advance fix for SMF2.1.3" mod installed.
