Slide Tab {v 2.1c}

Directions:

All areas of the slide tab are now editable from the admin panel except for the css.
look under Configuration===Modification Settings===Miscellaneous for all the settings.
Some settings include the option to change the title of the tab, plus the content of
the main section of the panel as well as the links sections.
I left these two sections inside of ul tags, which means li tags work here and should be
used in these two spots.

Structure:

All images are put into the default images folder. It also adds a file to the Sources directory,
as well as modify the index.css.

css edits:

There are a lot of things that can be done in the css file. The tab can be moved from right to left
or moved up or down. The drop shadow and rounded corners can be adjusted.
Along with the text, colors and many other options.
