Trust me what we have seen so far is just the start. Ultimately it will be impossible for a human to assess whether footage is real or AI generated.  The old aphorism "the camera never lies" is well and truly out the door.  Photoshop was NOTHING compared to this.

Russia already created AI video of Vlodymyr Zelenski telling Ukrainian troops to surrender / withdraw.  You could almost tell but it was still quite good.
