I just started getting this error message the last few days..

Doesn't matter how small,medium or large the image is, it will not allow it..

Tried to remove attachments from within the cPanel get this error, see below.

You cannot view this attachment.

Now while in the ACP under Attachment Pruning I select remove all attachments older than 365 days, and I get this major error, see below.

You cannot view this attachment.

Looks more like a file permissions problem on the server to me.  Check the file and folder permissions haven't changed.

Got it solved, went to support, I had to disable the Site Lock and wait over an hour for it to kick in.. Then I made the settings.php to 755 and it took.

No more errors on the forum and images are now going in.
