Changing Mobile Scrollbar Colors

I can easily change the scrollbar colors for using the code below for PC's and laptops. I just put the code at the bottom of index.css. However, it does not work for responsive.css. How can I change it in responsive mode?

Hello,

I have two SMF forums - the old is 2.0.19, the new is 2.1.2
I like the theme style of the old forum, with its colored left (blue) and right (red) borders of the main area:

I'm having problems changing the white part (and the rest in that area) as shown in the image below for SMF 2.1.1. The file has changed and been uploaded but nothing happens. If I edit it in dev it works but not in the file: jquery.sceditor.css or jquery.sceditor.default.css.

So the Brave browser is bypassing Google AMP saying it's harmful to people. Google AMP gives google more info about the users than it already has. We all knew Google was the devil but how much more info can they get on us.
