AutoHotkey gives you the freedom to automate any desktop task. Be warned... You may need to learn some coding. However, their forums have a lot of pre-written scripts that may fit your needs.

EDIT: Looks like there's more to it than I've anticipated. When I first looked at this, I could see a more possibilities for it. However, I didn't foresee this and I like it!

It's called HotGestures. It has a GestureRecorder to generate custom gestures...no coding required. :
