At work I use Firefox Stable (Non ESR) 99% of the time the 1% I use Edge when an internal site won't load in Firefox.
On my personal I use Firefox ESR

I use Firefox and also like Vivaldi for its features and speed.

Well, been havin a few issues with edge. Also, just wondering if it's time for a change or not.  :dontknow

I haven't used Edge, Chrome, nor Bing for decades...and refuse to!

There are only two browsers Chromium (Chrome, Edge, Vivaldi, Opera, Brave) and Firefox (Firefox, Librewolf, palemone, Icecat)
I'm waiting for the ladybird browser to come out, hopefully it makes the other two fix their issues instead of doing AI crap.

Yes, but some don't do telemetry and others do even if Chromium based.

Neša

I'm not worried about telemetry pi hole and my Firewall entry that sends all DNS to my pi hole take care of that.
I was more saying that rendering and performance is the same.

Google can also just change the way the HTML/JS engine perform and at least half of the browsers are effected look at manifest V2 they dropped that support I think only Brave has back ported a few ad blockers.

Duckduckgo has a browser. but not sure what it's based off of. Probably one of the other browsers.

If you want speed then try Vivaldi. DuckDuckGo has nice privacy features. I also like DuckDuckGo's tracking protection. On mobile devices it keeps track of all app that it blocks. I also use Bitdefender and it also tracks it as well. LOL

Bigguy

I guess I just gotta start testin and see what jumps out at me. Lots of good ideas here. I have been wondering about duckduckgo tbh.

Exactly, it's about what YOU like and want! ;)

I'vew been a beta tester for software since the early 90's. I only do some software now like I have Brave, Vivaldi, DuckDuckGo, and Firefox all installed to see how they keep going.
