More small fixes

Just an update. The other theme that is available to users was not updated correctly with the version change. I can't remember what it was now, but I will probably remove that theme and put a different one up in it's place.

The regular toast notifications on Windows that Firefox asks for permission to use

Sorry, but the icon colors for SMF 2.0 and 2.1 don't contrast well. The blue and orange are a bit hard to read. Maybe it's me and my old eyes. LOL

The reason is probably because no one has posted in the topics the semi-transparent icon is difficult to see. I'll create a test post in the 2.1 so you can see what I mean

Still the contrast is not good but I can see the difference.
