K, trying this now. A bit strange they want more info from you while trying to find info about you. Home address and such, lol. I left that blank.

EDIT: Yeah, they're gonna let me know, lol.

They probably need to know what info is showing. Just don't give info like SSN's, bank accounts, etc.
