I pasted the code in and highlighted it and then pressed code tag.

Skhilled

Ah, you did it backwards from what I did.

/* Help popups require a different styling of the body element. *//* Deprecated? */body#help_popup { padding: 12px;}
WTF??? I'm using FF 66.0.3 (64-bit)

Skhilled

Just tried it using RJ TextED and get the same. Maybe caused by my FF version?

Bigguy

Not to sure. It's all I use, lol.

Bigguy

Moved the topic to give it a bug icon. :)

Bigguy

Merged with the earlier topic created.

I still don't think it's a bug

Bigguy

I just never ever remember having this problem with 2.0.x

SychO

Actually I don't know anymore, The one thing I'm certain of is when you past text in the WYSIWYG view it also pasts the text in the same style you copied it, so it basically gives it bbcodes to match that style, you when you wrap it in a code block it breaks (not always though) that's why I say use "Past as plain text" instead because then there's no chance of it breaking

I don't have an option anywhere to do this. When I highlight code and right click, it's just a simple copy button there is nothing that lets me Paste as plain text. Even in my editors. Not that I remember seeing.

* Bigguy looks again

SychO

I guess it's a browser thing then

Bigguy

It must be. What are you using for a browser.

Bigguy

Aaah, I see. I am googling it now to see what's going on. I kinda figured that. :)

Bigguy

Nothing from Google worked. So if I have to paste code I will have to turn the editor off. Then it works fine.

function Post($post_errors = array())
{
global $txt, $scripturl, $topic, $modSettings, $board;
global $user_info, $context, $settings;
global $sourcedir, $smcFunc, $language;
