Well, I finally got through checking out about 2/3-3/4 of the features. Yes, there's that many. So, I've enabled some that I really like!

The first image shows what I've added to the desktop context menu. That's when you right-click on something and see a popup with options. And you can add options to other menus as well.

The next one shows my 'enhanced' taskbar. Notice that the taskbar color has changed, the clock now has seconds added to it, and it also shows the Windows current version.

Yes, I remember when it was originally released. 

Just download Winaero Tweaker and check it out. It has a ton of nice features to tweak Windows so it works the way that you like it.
