I thought you did for https. How did you get it working then?

That's what I meant.
I had also done the changes to template file before to fix the original login problem.
I swopped back to the Curve theme this afternoon and login was fine.  Now I'm back to Cleantek the login problem is back,  so ill look in the theme files to see if I can find something.  Will have to do this another day though,  I've been ill today so concentration is not great

I just installed CleanTek. The login at the top right (action=login2) gives a session error while the menu login works fine. I'll see if I can find a fix for it.

I guess that's the session check missing as already mentioned.  Trouble is the theme is also available on the mod SMF theme site, and that doesn't have the session check.

It doesn't have it on Crip Zone either because that's where I got it from and got the same problem. There's probably a number of them at CZ that don't have it and there's 70+ themes there.

I would have thought though Steve, if you have the official permission to modify and distribute Crip's themes then you could ask to take over those themes on the SMF Theme site. That way they could be updated as well.

I do and have thought about going to SMF to do just that. I've just been so busy lately trying to get the server OS updated as well as the kernel. I might have to get a new server from another hosting cause it's starting to cause problems.

EDIT: Asked them about taking over the themes but have to wait approval.

@nidec - Here's an updated version of CleanTek which includes the session timeout fix, should you need it. ;)

Thank you. I'll give that a try later this week and let you know how it goes :)

Updated today, that's fixed the timeout issue nicely!

Still got this issue,  but you adding the session timeout fix to the code eradicates the other login problem and will save a lot of Cleantek users time :)

1.  Go into SMF admin and clear the cache.

2.  Go into your browser's settings and clear that cache as well.

Hi. Did this and its made no difference.
Would it be a big job to remove the right hand login completely, since the other login seems to work fine

Bigguy

Not a huge job I don't think. I jave never done it but it should not be to hard to figure out.
