SMF 2.1 RC2

I keep getting this error:

inet_ntop(): Invalid in_addr value

Line:==>5824: $ip_address = inet_ntop($bin);

Anyone help me get rid of this darn error, it's a nuisance.

Suppress the error by putting @ in front of the call

$ip_address = @inet_ntop($bin);

$ip_address = @inet_ntop($bin);

Like this
@ip_address = @inet_ntop($bin);

Maybe? The single  @    I provided in my code should be enough.

Below is what I put in.
$ip_address = @inet_ntop($bin);So far it works.
Thanks for the help.
